These terms apply when you use the Scale Access Network website, submit an application, register for an event or engage our services.

1. Services and outcomes
Scale Access Network provides strategic support, ecosystem access, consulting and execution assistance. We do not guarantee funding, investment, partnerships, approvals, revenue or any other commercial outcome.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
Applications may be assessed for readiness, feasibility, programme fit and alignment with our objectives. We may accept, waitlist or decline an application, and some services may require a particular startup stage or technology readiness level.
3. Event registration
Submitting an event form records your interest; it does not guarantee a seat, meeting, travel support or programme selection. Event dates, venues, speakers and programme details may change. Confirm final details in the written communication sent by our team.
4. Payments and cancellations
Where a paid service or event applies, the price, payment schedule, cancellation rules and refund terms will be provided before payment. Payments may become non-refundable after confirmed delivery or project work has commenced.
5. Intellectual property
Startup ideas, pitch decks and submitted materials remain the property of their owners. Unless separately agreed, Scale Access Network materials, programme content, branding and website content may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
6. Confidentiality and third parties
Do not submit information that you are not authorised to share. Introductions may involve independent investors, mentors, agencies, distributors or other partners. Their decisions and services are outside our control and may be governed by separate terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not provide false information, misuse the platform, interfere with its security, impersonate another person, or use our services for unlawful, fraudulent or unethical activity.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Scale Access Network is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from independent investor decisions, third-party services, programme changes or a user's business decisions.
